Native Las Vegan James H. Bilbray will share his experience as a member of the international delegation of observers to the Ukrainian presidential campaign and election preparations. The mission of the delegation was to report on the adherence by the Ukraine to international election standards. Further discussion will include future prospects for the newly democratic Ukraine, including reconciliation of its deeply divided population, economic outlook, and NATO and E.U. accession, and the evolving relationships of Ukraine with Russia and the US.
