ACEC Protects Engineers at Nevada Legislature

Two legislative sessions have passed since the ACE Board of Directors made the important decision to have a greater presence at the Nevada Legislature. So what, if anything, has been accomplished in those two legislative sessions that protects the interests of engineers in Nevada? As a member of the lobbying team at Kummer Kaempfer Bonner Renshaw & Ferrario, the law firm hired by ACEC to represent its interests at the Nevada Legislature, we thought it was time to address the question for ACEC members.
